I just wanted to let you know we recently had a pretty bad leak in our pipes, directly above one of the new ceiling tiles. I didn't even know it. (That was the bad part). The really good part was that it didn't damage my basement floors, furniture, or the ceiling tiles! No mold or mildew anywhere! We discovered the leak cause we heard a dripping sound, so we investigated further. No water escaped through the tiles or grids! WOW! This is definitely a good product.
